The Skilled Experience You Need
The Law Office of Julian J. Poota, PLLC has the skill and experience that you need. We have handled many cases involving retail fraud or shoplifting. We will hear your side and try to get your charge dismissed or mitigated to the best possible outcome. We will explore seeking diversionary programs to keep a conviction from your record. Sometimes life stresses such as depression, mismanagement of prescribed medications or illness can be a factor. Shoplifting may be a means to support an addiction to drugs or gambling. Or, it could simply be a one-time lapse in judgment.
We are nonjudgmental and will listen to you and help you make an informed decision. We will work to represent you as a person and not just another file.
